Chapter 3: Blake's POV
Walking back into the forest away from the two women. I started to chuckle as I heard them talking. What a crazy couple of friends. I smiled to myself as I remember talking to my feisty mate. “Emily"I whispered my mates name as I continued my walk to the pack house just fourteen miles from where the girls made their campsite. I can't believe they made it that far into the forest before my warriors caught their scent. I don't even want to think what would have happened if they went there instead of me. I'd still be looking for my mate.
As I continue on my walk, a large clearing is only a few feet ahead. On the clearing is a huge old mansion that we call the pack house. The pack house is home to the alpha and his family. Plus the alphas beta, delta and gama. I'm the alpha making me the leader of my pack. My pack of werewolves are one of the strongest in the world but that's because we have the best doctor, warrior trainers, and I research everything before going through with any plans. Most alphas will go straight to war with another pack without a second thought, usually just causing casualties.
In front of the pack house, dozens of small children were playing tags with the omega. Omegas are the low ranking wolves but in our pack , we still treat them as regular werewolves. We don't believe in destroying someone's soul just because they are lower ranked. The children were laughing so hard , they had to keep stopping so they could catch their breaths.
I smiled as I walked past the children into the pack house.
As soon as I walked in my beta Tyler and gama Ty came walking towards me. Tyler and Ty were identical twins. They were both 6 ft 2 with huge muscular frames. Tyler had jet black hair with side bangs. He had dark brown eyes that were almost black. He always dressed in a dark short sleeve with a leather jacket and blue jeans. It was his style and women always swoon for him. Ty had jet black hair but with neon blue tips. He always wore t-shirts with a zip up black hoodie and jeans. They never really changed up their style very much.
“Hey Blake, how did it go with the humans? Did you find out why they were here” asked Tyler. I smirked at the twins “you know that man Mr.Davidson who's been trying to buy our land?” I asked them. They both nodded confused. “Well he sent his secretary and her friend out here saying it was his land. They were out here surveying it and writing down notes. You should have seen their little campsite. I don't think they ever truly went camping. I'm glad I found them before a wild animal. Oh and guess what the best part is?” I asked, grinning from ear to ear. “Whats the best part Blake? Did you turn into your big scary wolf and run them all the way back to their car?” Laughed Ty. “OH I would have loved to see that. Did you, and if so you better have a video” chimed in Tyler.
I just shook my head at them both smiling. “See this is why I don't have you two go with me when I have meetings with the humans. The poor things would be terrified with the two of you messing with them. Anyways the secretary Emily that Mr.Davidson had on our land turns out she's my mate.” I told them, smiling. “You found our Luna ?” Whispered Tyler. “Yep and she's feisty as hell. The only problem is she doesn't know about our kind. She pretty much yelled at me for growling. Her friend thinks I'm a wild man” I said, running my hand down my face.
“a wild man, more like a love sick pup now that you found your mate” laughed Tyler. I glared at them as they both started laughing at me. “Go find everything you can on Mr.Davidson's secretary Emily. I want one of our best warriors watching guard on her at all times. Oh and boys, you better get some good sleep tonight. Tomorrow I plan on having a little visit with Mr.Davidson and you two mongrels are going with me.” Ty started to interrupt but I simply growled at him as I continued. “No trying to scare the humans. We are going on their land, so be respectful. Don't make me regret taking you two with me tomorrow. Now go before I change my mind and we go tonight “ I told them. They shook their heads and walked out mumbling about how they hated leaving the pack lands. I don't blame them, it's so overwhelming on the human land. With all the perfume and deodorant they use. Some of them simply smell like they sprayed the whole can of air freshener on their body right before walking past me. The boys haven't been on the humans' land for years so it's going to be very hard on them to control their disgust when a human is too smelly. Even if the perfume wasn't that strong, we can still smell most of their body odor they try to cover up instead of showering. Some humans are more dirty then us werewolves.
