Mila’s POV

I was walking through the forest at night, I knew I shouldn’t be walking alone but I wasn’t scared. I felt safe in the forest for some reason. I saw a clearing up ahead, so I walked through the trees to get there. I could hear the sound of a river at the end of the clearing, I made my way to the most serene sight. The water was glistening under the full moon, I just had to taste it. I bent down next to the river and cupped my hands to bring water to my mouth. It was cool and refreshing, I could feel the coolness course through my veins like magic. Something caught my eye, I looked back down to look closer at my reflection. The ripples started to disappear but even though it was blurry, I could tell that it wasn’t my usual reflection. Finally, I could see clearly..I squinted my eyes and blinked rapidly because I couldn’t believe my eyes. My reflection showed a beautiful white and grey wolf! It had piercing green eyes that made me gasp. Suddenly, I was compelled to sit up and howl at the moon. I couldn’t believe the sound that came out of my voice, it was so animalistic! The sound of leafs and branches cracking made me snap my neck back to the trees, I could see dark figures coming my way, but I couldn’t make out who or what they were..

I sat up in jolt and let out a loud gasp as I clutched my chest to regulate my breathing. My heart was racing fast, wow what a strange dream!

“Hey, what’s wrong Mila?” I looked up and saw Isaac. I looked around and realized I was still in the packhouse’s theatre room. I had fallen asleep on the couch and Isaac was sitting near my feet, he scooted closer to me and caressed my legs to comfort me.

Oh my god!! I just remembered our little morning fun..I crossed the line big time this time! I started to hyperventilate, I clutched my stomach in pain and started to feel stinging in my eyes as they started to fill up with water. Aaand now i’m full out sobbing, great.

“Mila..Please tell me what’s wrong?!” Isaac cooed, I tried to speak but I was crying too hard, I couldn’t formulate any words.

“Babe, please talk to me..” I looked up and I saw the pain in Isaac’s eyes. That’s just great, I betrayed Tyler, his heart is going to be broken and now i’m also hurting Isaac. I’m on a roll aren’t I. F**K!!!!!

“I-I’m so-so-sorryy.” I managed to blubber out in between sobs. Isaac had gotten up and was kneeling on the ground next to me at this point, he took both my hands in his and rubbed them lovingly.

“Why are you sorry, Mila?!” Isaac asked. Oh gosh, where to start?! There was so much I was sorry for..I took a deep breath and managed to stop sobbing.

“I’m the worst person ever..” I said as I shook my head in guilt.

“I have a boyfriend..what we did was wrong..” I said, looking away from him, I felt so ashamed. He let go of one of my hands and pulled my face to look at him, he almost looked angry.

“What we did wasn’t wrong, Mila. It was right. We have feelings for eachother and we acted on those feelings. Just the fact that you feel guilty like this proves to me that you aren’t a bad person, bad people don’t feel remorse. But again, you did nothing wrong.” Isaac said firmly.

How could he think it wasn’t wrong?! I betrayed Tyler, i’m sure Tyler would agree that it was wrong.

“But Tyler..” I started but he cut me off.

“Listen, i’m sure Tyler will be hurt but he will probably understand after you talk to him. Can you stop thinking about someone else for a second and please think about what you want and what you feel in your heart?” Isaac said as he placed his hand on my heart.

What did I feel? I was so confused..Tyler was the perfect boyfriend, he was the sweetest and he was always there for me. I loved him so much..but then Isaac, I don’t fully understand my feelings towards him yet but my heart goes to him so easily.

“I’m not sure..I really love Tyler..but I also feel really strongly about you. How is this possible?” I asked him. He took my hands and brought them to his lips and placed them over his heart.

“Mila, I asked you to give me a chance..I promise that if you do, I will make you the happiest girl on this planet, no one will show you more love than me.” He poured his heart out to me. Ohh goodness, my heart ached for him. He was being so sweet to me already and we literally just met. I just stared at him, not knowing what to say.

“I know this is a lot to take in, and you have some decisions to make. How about I give you my number and you can call or text me anytime, i’ll give you whatever space you need. Know that I will be ready when you are.” I nodded to him, I still couldn’t speak at this point, my brain was complete mush.

He took my phone and programmed his number, he then sent himself a text message so that he also had my number.

“So..would you like to freshen up before going back to your hotel or something?” He asked shyly.

“Yes!” I answered quickly. He chuckled and got up, helping me up from the couch and leading me out of the theatre room. I quickly stuffed my bra in my purse and followed him to the double staircase. We walked up together and received some very shocked looks from some girls walking by us. Isaac pulled me closer by my waist and glared at them, making them scurry off quickly. I had to laugh, this man was the sweetest person on earth with me but he had such an agressive side too, it was refreshing honestly. He winked at me and then led me up a second flight of stairs.

We walked up a long hallway and finally he opened a door for me at the very end. I really wasn’t expecting this..I walked in to the biggest, most perfect bedroom I had ever seen. It was very manly, with a lot of grey and wood accents, but I loved it!

“Wow..” I gasped. “Is this your room?!” I asked him. He ran his fingers through his hair nervously, rubbed the back of his neck and chuckled lightly.

“Yeah..do you like it?” He asked shyly.

What was he even thinking?! Who wouldn’t love this bedroom, it was everyone’s dream wasn’t it!?

“I love it..it’s like..my dream bedroom..” I said in awe, still standing at the door. He pulled my hands and walked backwards smiling at me. I looked around the room, the bed was on the back wall next to a little sitting area and a fireplace. On the other side of the room, there was an office space with a modern desk. The entire front wall were floor to ceiling windows, overlooking a covered patio, oh my god, was that a jacuzzi outside?! He kept pulling until he opened a door that was on the left side of his bed.

“Here’s the bathroom, you can use whatever you find and you can take the time you need.” He kissed me on the top of my head and stood aside to let me go through.

Oh my! He was trying to make me move in here with him wasn’t he?! Well, the bathroom was just as if not more gorgeous than the rest of the room.

I quickly used some soap to wash up and found some lotion to rub on me. I opened a drawer and found some unused toothbrushes in packages so I opened one up and brushed my teeth. I grabbed the hair elastic I had on my wrist and pulled my hair up in a messy bun. Alright. That was the best I could do. Oh s**t! My bra! I’m guessing Tyler would notice pretty quickly that I came home without my bra, I pulled it out of my purse and put it on before I walked out of the bathroom.

“Alright..well thanks for last night. I guess I should head back now.” I said to Isaac who was sitting at his desk. He quickly got up and met me at the door. He grabbed my hands in his and pulled me closer to him.

“Mila, I meant everything I said. Is it ok if I text or call you?” He pleaded. He looked at me with those sexy brown eyes, how could I say no?

“Yeah..I mean, probably text would be better for right now. I’ll let you know whatever I decide.” I said smiling at him, his face lit up and he pulled me in for a big hug. He pulled my face to his chest and he inhaled deeply, now I wished I had washed my hair this morning. I pulled away awkwardly and waved him goodbye.

“Wait. I’m walking you back.” He said firmly.

“Uhh..I don’t think that’s a good idea..” I replied. I really didn’t need to flaunt Isaac in front of Tyler.

He shrugged his shoulders and grabbed my hand to follow him.

“I’m not letting you walk on campus unaccompanied. Come on. Let’s go get Annie in Liam’s room. We’ll all walk together.” Oh right, I almost forgot that Annie was here too. Well I guess walking home in a group is a lot better.

We walked up the hallway on the left side of the staircase and knocked on the door. We waited a couple minutes and the door opened to a practically naked Liam! He stood in the doorway confidently and grinning at us, he was wearing black briefs that left very little to the imagination. I covered my eyes and turned my back to him and gasped.

“F**k Liam, what’s wrong with you? You took two minutes to open the door and you still open it f*****g naked?” Isaac screamed at him.

I could hear giggling behind him, I turned around slightly and out came a very disheveled Annie. Her hair was a mess and her clothes were obviously put on in a hurry. I rolled my eyes as I fixed the strap on her dress.

“Don’t be jealous Isaac. I’m sure Mila prefers your body to mine!” Liam said jokingly, which made Isaac growl in anger. He stormed off and gestured us to follow him. Liam got dressed and caught up to us before we made it out of the door.

The walk back to the hotel was in complete silence, Isaac stopped a block away from the hotel and waved us off. I looked back and Isaac winked at me, him and Liam stayed there probably to make sure we made it the rest of the way alright.

“So..anything you would like to share??” Annie looked at me seriously.

“Anything you want to share, Annie?!” I said to her in challenge.

She looked at me in shock. I looked away from her and kept walking.

“Mila?! What the f**k is wrong with you? I don’t care what you did with Isaac, I’ll support you and will still be your friend. But I won’t stand for you talking to me in a b****y tone.” Annie replied, obviously hurt.

“I’m sorry Annie..i’m just not ready to talk about it right now. I want to talk to Tyler first.” I said. Tyler definitely deserved as much.

We continued to walk in silence until we walked into the hotel. We walked up to the elevators and a couple was making out in front of them, blocking our access.

“Will?!” Annie and I said in unison.
