~Flashback continues~
Her evil laugh is echoing across the hills of mountains looking at the miserable condition of a man who is now struggling to breathe along with the people sitting in the ambulance who are under hostage of Ava. She put the driver at gunpoint and their van was moving swiftly in a supersonic speed aimlessly but her main focus was only on Jake. He was lying in a sleeping position. Oxygen mask only helped him to breathe. Initially he was in a semi conscious state due to being injected with a pain killer by a nurse. But later when slowly he opened his eyes, he jerked up and the first thing he saw was the terrified faces of two nurses and one doctor. His gaze then met the evil face of Ava whose face was half burnt. She welcomed Jake with her usual dirty smile.
