Escape chance

Aurora's pov

*knock*knock*

"Come in" I groaned as I tossed and turned.

"Aurora" Else called me

"Mmm mmm??"

"Wake up and freshen up. It's time for dinner" Else muttered.

"Yes Mom," I said as I stood from the bed.

Else chuckled.

I then went to take a quick shower and wore a silky black dress because I hadn't taken all my stuff.

I walked toward the dining room, but more like running because I needed to get there before the devil himself. I got there before him, then I took a seat away from where he was sitting and prayed that he wouldn't mind because sitting near him was like sitting next to the fire. He made my heart beat so fast in fear. I don't know what made him furious. It seemed like everything I did made him furious and I was so scared that he would kill me in seconds.

Speaking of the devil, he strolled into the dining room without acknowledging that I was in the room, which I was thankful for because I was so nervous I felt uneasy. We ate our dinner in silence. He didn't talk to me and he also left without looking at me, which made me thankful to god and think that god was on my side at that moment.

After eating, I went to my room and bathed before sleeping because tomorrow was going to be a long day.

Every single day I am always having nightmares and today was not even better. I am running in the middle of nowhere running away from Jason. He calls my name while chasing me. He is holding a knife. I run as fast as I can, but it feels like I'm going nowhere and he is getting closer and closer every second I run out of breath. While running, I heard a gunshot. When I look back, it's no longer Jason, it is Alessandro. I trip and then fall on my butt. When I looked up, he was near me holding the gun to my head. I tried to crawl away from him but it was too late.

"Oh baby girl, no matter how you run you are not going anywhere. You belong to me", Alessandro said, with venom lacking from his voice that gave me chills and I slightly trembled.

"Please don't kill me" I begged him and I was crying so hard

he then pulled the trigger and I woke up from the dream with a scream I was trembling and I was sweating so hard

I inhaled and said "Calm down Aurora it was just a dream"

I looked around got out of the covers and made my way to the bathroom to take a shower it felt like it was too long I hadn't showered in a while.

After doing my business in the bathroom I wore a white crop top and shorts.

I made my way to the dining room as I descended the stairs I heard a manly voice I had never heard before

when I entered the dining room I saw a guy in his twenties sitting in the dining room laughing with Else as she was putting breakfast on the table they stopped talking when they acknowledged me.

"Good morning Aurora I see you woke up early today " Else said

"Good morning" I replied but I was unsure if I should sit or not

"Sit down while I am making your breakfast and also meet Antonio Alessandro's brother and righthand man" She then left the dining room leaving me and Antonio alone. I sat down on one of the chairs and then looked down because I didn't know what to say to him and I was also scared of him what if he was just like his brother?

"Good morning Aurora you shouldn't be scared of someone who saved you I don't bite, " Antonio said pulling me out of my thoughts.

I looked up putting on my best poker face not to look scared and said "Good morning and I am not scared of you I was just uhm thinking you know"

" Mmm Really?" he said as he raised his eyebrow not believing anything that I had said

"Yeah nobody scares me," I said looking straight into his eyes

Antonio looked behind me and said "Good morning brother ! " and I immediately stiffened

I turned abstractly and said " I am sorry I didn't mean that "

Antonio started laughing at me and "Relax I am just pulling your leg"

"it is not funny okay," I said as I sat down but he even laughed harder

"You should have seen your face it was like you were gonna die" Antonio said

I joined him laughing at the way I responded

Else returned with our breakfast setting them on the table "What did I miss what's funny? "

"You should have seen her face it was hilarious......." Antonio told Else everything that had unfolded while she was busy in the kitchen.

the more I was chatting with Antonio the more I felt comfortable talking to him and saw the difference between him and Alessandro

Antonio was the better vision of Alessandro and I won't lie Antonio is so hot but not as hot as Alessandro It was like god took his time building them rather than me god seemed like he was in a hurry to build me Life aint fair

Antonio had the same hair colour as Alessandro but a different eye colour he had grey eyes he had muscles but not like Alessandro.

"I should get going or else my brother will have my head on a silver platter see you soon Aurora," Antonio said as he stood up from the chair and walked out of the dining room.

"ohh really so early?" I pouted

"yes my brother hates Lakers" he said

"you can not leave me with him he is gonna kill me!! " I said louder so that he could hear me but he did not even stop walking

"he won't kill you as long as you don't peace him off and be a good girl!!" he answered

"you are not helping!!" he chuckled closing the door

"bye Else I will be in my room if you need me," I said to Else

"Okay no problem" Else said

I went to my room closed the door to my room and sighed as I remembered I had nothing to do

"It's gonna be a long day," I said in annoyance throwing myself on the bed

*knock*knock*

"come in" I sat up on the bed waiting for the person who knocked because it was obvious that it was not Alessandro

"my brother is such an asshole can you believe that he never told me he has a visitor ohh hey sorry my name is Caterina" she said without taking a breath and sitting down on the bed.

"it's okay I am Aurora it's nice meeting you" I said with a smile

"but I hope you know I am not here because I want to your brother hates my guts," I said

" yeah I know my brother can be a d**k sometimes but he is the best brother in this world he takes care of us and gives us too much affection and I am the spoilt one in this family as you can see," Caterina said

"It's hard to believe that we are talking about the same person," I said

"yeah I know he acts like he doesn't care about others," she said and I let it sink in but it was hard to believe what she had said

"Enough about my brother guess what?" Aurora said happily waiting for me to say something but I was clueless as to what I was going to say

"What?" I asked

"we are going shopping today as you know a girl we love shopping and I know you need clothes " she said

"I don't think your brother would say yes to that, "I said

"Don't worry about him he always says yes to everything I say so get ready and meet me down in 30" she said getting up from the bed and walking towards the door leaving me alone with my thoughts.

The more I think about it, I could use this chance to escape from this place I don't have any plan but I guess going to the police wouldn't hurt I hope they would help me I should get the hell out of here before they change their minds I ran downstairs and I found them waiting for me.

"Here you are I thought you changed your mind" Caterina said

Before I got a chance to answer Caterina, Alessandro beat me up to it

"Caterina leave us" Alessandro ordered

"But we..." she tried to say

" Now or I will change my mind" He dangerously said in a low voice but he looked straight into my eyes making me feel like prey

" Okay fine! you call the shots Aurora you will find me outside" she said strolling out of the house and closing the door making things hard for me and I was scared shitless.

"If you try to do anything stupid you will regret it do you understand?" he said taking long strides towards me

and all I did Is to shake my head as yes

"words !!!!Aurora or should I cut off your tongue course you can't use it" he threatened and I closed my eyes

"y-yes I-I understand"

"Good girl," he said running his hands through my hair making me feel safe and enjoying the feeling but why am I feeling like I should scared this is not right.

"You can now go" The moment I heard him say that ran out of the like a mad girl only stopping when I got to the car opened the door sat down and took a breath in and out.

"Are you okay? it looks like you have seen a ghost"

"N-No I am okay," I said looking out the window

"Okay if you say so let's go before he changes his mind" Caterina said and we left for the mall.

As we were going to the mall I couldn't stop looking out the window wondering where was I because this was my first time seeing this place it was so beautiful.

"Caterina, where are we?" I asked

"We are in Italy, you don't know," she said

"What??!" I asked in disbelief

"Right you don't know"

I couldn't believe this what was I going to do this was going to be hard to escape because I didn't know this place but I would make a plan this was supposed to work.

When we got to the mall Caterina led me into the mall holding me and with big four bodyguards who seemed like robots the moment we got into the mall we got into every shop and the price tags were so expensive every time Caterina tried to buy me something I will always say no but she would insist but she always wins and by the time we were finished the poor bodyguards were holding so many bags and some of them would fall.

Caterina loves to go shopping and she is so caring and friendly I loved her already but I had to go through with my plan.

"let's go to eat I am sure you are hungry" she smiled holding my hand

We went inside an expensive Italian restaurant but after the bodyguards had put the bags into the car.

we ordered our food and ate while chatting telling me about her and her brothers after eating I had to excuse myself to the bathroom.

"let me go the bathroom I will be back in a minute" I said

" Okay be quick I am sure my brother is waiting for us," she said

I put my escape into action by going toward the bathroom but before I could reach the bathroom I looked behind me to make sure they were not looking and I went to another direction of the staff room.

When I got there I started looking for something to wear and to my luck, I found another unlocked locker with a uniform with a cap I wore it made sure that I was unrecognizable and strolled out of the restaurant when reaching the door I looked at Caterina but she was busy chatting on her phone.

"I'm sorry goodbye," I said and opened the door then ran as fast as I could to the outside of the mall but I couldn't even stop to look around me.
