“This is it,” said Tarkus. “Let’s hope this one is a lot smoother!”
Kaira just nodded as he started the transition from jump space to real space. Her heart was in her mouth and she wished she could do something, anything, to help. But there was nothing for her to do but hope.
The Glimmer suddenly pitched to the right and Kaira fought not to let out a yelp of fear. This transition was going to be as bad as the others! She was sure it was! And there was no way the Glimmer was going to survive with the state it was already in.
