Jadeite's POV
It's been six months since Xael and I publicly marked each other. We have been traveling around to each pack to check in. We only have one pack left to visit and it is Rhys's pack. I do not know how they were scheduled for last but I am kind of nervous to face them.
I was supposed to be their Luna and instead I ended up sentencing their Alpha to death. I know they saw what happened and I feel bad even though I know it was meant to be. I know he is with Carly in the great beyond. It was something that was discussed when I visited my Mom.
Hopefully I can at least give them that news and maybe they would be happy for him. They know he never truly got over loosing Carly. Xael and I are heading to their pack and he just hold my hand. I know he can feel what I feel so he knows
