MHALEE'S POV
It was Saturday, and Aunt Zeny and I went to the wet market, picking up necessities for the house. Later, we planned to hit the grocery store. We were trying to do everything at once—to save time and avoid unnecessary hassle—because there was still so much to get done at home today.
Aunt Zeny had brought me along, even though she could probably manage on her own. But my employer had asked for so many things that I was told to come, so Aunt wouldn’t have too much trouble carrying everything herself.
Earlier, we had bought meat, but it was too heavy to carry, so we left it at the butcher’s for later. First, we decided to get vegetables, seafood, and other ingredients before picking it up.
