MATIAS' POV
My staff approached me with her head bowed and spoke.
"I'm sorry, Sir. It won't happen again," she said immediately, her voice pleading. I took a deep breath while looking at her.
“Didn’t I tell you to do your job properly? If you have problems, leave them at home. Don’t bring them to work. Look at what happened—another customer got upset,” I snapped at her angrily.
When issues like this arise, I make sure to reprimand my staff. If it affects my business, I won’t let it slide easily.
I don’t want customers complaining. Too many complaints will hurt the business. The service has to be good so no customer leaves angry.
