Lost in thought by the poolside, I was startled when I saw Matias beside me holding flowers and chocolate.
"Hi, baby. Flowers and chocolate for you." He handed them to me sweetly.
"You went out of your way." I said as I took the flowers and chocolate. But deep inside, I was giddy because it felt like he was courting me with what he was doing. He always brings gifts. And now, it's flowers and chocolate.
"I won't get tired of it, baby. As long as we make up. I miss you so much." He murmured softly, and it was evident on his face how much he really missed and loved me. I missed him too. I wanted to kiss and hug him, but I was still really annoyed.
