8 “Okay, you can pop your eyes back in your head and roll up your tongue,” Gabby said as they settled in the car. “I’m still the same Gabby.” Jimmy adjusted his expression, glad that Gabby believed he’d been looking at her. When the women had come down the stairs, he was struck stupid looking at Moira. He covered by staring at Gabby, who had in fact made a huge transformation.
