Chapter 12Most instructors cancelled Wednesday classes as a kindness to students heading home for Thanksgiving. Pidge’s 8 a.m. professor was not one of them. “It’s fine.” Giant wasn’t a fan of getting up early anyway. “I’ll sleep in your room. Call when he lets you out and I’ll shower while you’re walking back. Grab me a coffee and we’ll be on the road before ten.” Dayton had left early Tuesday afternoon. And Giant had been in Pidge’s room several times. They had even made out there between classes or before meals or hockey. But it still felt weird to imagine him spending the night. The room was so small with him in it.
