I wore a spaghetti strap top and matched it with high-waisted denim jeans. I am supposed to meet the girl I met yesterday, Hailey, tonight at some bar. But before I meet her, I asked Matteo to schedule me with a dermatologist. He had me on an appointment today with Dr. Briston at some dermatology clinic.
I looked at myself in the mirror to check how I look. Suddenly, I noticed the shining diamond hanging on my ring finger. I pulled my hand up, giving myself a better look at it. It is a beautiful ring. A ring that no longer holds meaning. The diamond is more like a weight than an accessory to my hands. I brought my fingers of my other hand towards it. I attempt to remove it from my fingers but hesitated.
