Echoes of the past began to plague my soul.
I saw them. I saw their blood flowing. I saw their blood on me. I was drenched in it like the monster that I was.
My body began to tremble as their screams floated back to my ears. It was almost as if it was happening again and I remembered it all like it happened seconds ago.
'Please! Don't do this, Yuriel!' My mother's screams replayed in my mind.
'Stop him! He's lost his mind!' My father yelled.
My own roars echoed in my head as I destroyed everything. The taste of his blood came back as I bit into his neck.
My intake of breath suddenly became shaky and I could not handle no longer handle the memory of the monstrosity I had unleashed that day.
