~NYX The first thing I felt was the freezing cold as I stood in total darkness. I exhaled sharply and my breath came out shaky. I was afraid. I was terrified by the thick and heavy darkness that shrouded me. It weighed down on my entire being as if someone was pressing sharp swords down my throat and it became hard for me to remain on my feet. My heart began to pound heavily. My body started trembling and despite the cold, I began to sweat. What was happening to me? What was this place? Where was I?
