The same name that those strange whispers had used to refer to me. Was The Voice inside me really Una?
Raziel— the beast within began to sniff my face and I did not dare move. I remained still on the ground, asking myself why the f**k I let The Voice lead me into this mess.
I recalled how Gaius had warned me to stay away, that the beast was going to slaughter me but for some reason, I believed that Gaius was only exaggerating and it was not to this extent.
Yet here I was seeing it unwind right before my eyes.
