Emma’s POV
The morning light wakes me as the curtains blow gently in the breeze from the open window. Being between both Hunter and Marcus last night was both new, but comforting. I never knew that a vampire could make me feel so hot.
Most would think that vampires have ice cold body temperatures, but they actually have high body temperatures. Not as high as a werewolf’s but higher than a human.
I wiggle a bit and sit up. Hunter is lying on my right side while Marcus is on my left. Both of them look too good to be just sleeping. I slip out of bed and head to the bathroom to take care of my business.
While I was brushing my teeth, I noticed Hunter’s mark. It was a dark blue tattoo mark on my collarbone. It had a wolf howling at the moon with a king’s crown over the ‘H’ in Hunter’s name.
