Reporters were scary. Since the day William announced that he had a wife, they began camping in front of the office building, hoping they could fish out answers from him each day. It was hard to get in and out of work and it was starting to take a toll on everybody.
Our boss was irritated as f**k and was firing her employees at the smallest mistakes. Everyone was walking on eggshells around her, not wanting to offend her and lose their job.
I was even getting tired of working because it was a hassle to push through the reporters every day.
Catherine and I were busy having breakfast when Peter suddenly came inside the apartment.
The door closing behind him caught our attention and we turned our gazes to him.
