It all began on a rainy evening.
My grandfather, Jeremiah, was returning home from his farm after a long day of hard work. As the rain poured heavily, he noticed a young man standing outside a house, completely soaked. The young man had just been thrown out by his own elder brother.
Feeling sorry for him, my grandfather walked over and invited him into his home.
After giving him dry clothes, food, and a place to rest, he gently asked,
"What happened between you and your brother?"
The young man explained everything. His name was Elisa, and according to him, his elder brother had chased him out after a serious disagreement.
My grandfather had a compassionate heart. Instead of sending Elisa away, he offered him a place to stay.
Beside my grandfather's house was a small shop that had been empty for years. Rather than renting it out, my grandfather gave it to Elisa free of charge so he could live there and start a new life.
It was an act of kindness.
Unfortunately, that single act would change the lives of many people forever.
When Elisa's elder brother heard what my grandfather had done, jealousy and bitterness filled his heart. Instead of appreciating the kindness shown to his younger brother, he began to hate my grandfather and his family.

She performed excellently in school and had many ambitions. She dreamed of joining the military, becoming a nurse, serving as a police officer, or studying computer science.
She wanted nothing more than to build a successful future and make her family proud.
Sadly, destiny had another path waiting for her.
Instead of encouraging her education, her mother, Grace, insisted that Blessing should marry Elisa.
Blessing was shocked.
She was still young.
She wanted to continue her studies, not become someone's wife.
To make matters worse, Elisa already had a reputation for chasing women. Many people knew he was irresponsible and had fathered children with different women.
Blessing was frightened.

She hoped someone would understand her dreams.
