Chapter 1

luther's p.o.v

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear luther, happy birthday to you!" My family and friends sang as I blew out the candles on the cake. They all cheered and my mother kissed my cheek. Xavier laughed at me pointing out the dark red lipstick print on my cheek. "Aw mom!" I said and rubbed the lipstick off me. She laughed and smiled at me. "Sorry, honey." She said before going to talk with her friends. "Luther can-can I speak with you in private?" Xavier bit his lip looking up at me. "Of course." I said as we walked together away from the crowd of people. "Luther I-" he started but I stopped him by smashing my lips against his. He seemed shocked at first then started kissing back. He wrapped his arms around my neck as I rested my hands on his waist. Just then we heard a gasp. We parted and looked up to see my sister. "Lacy.." I said. "I'm telling dad!" She yelled before shifting and running off. "NO LACY!" I yelled after her. "Shit." I said and looked at xavier before running after my younger sister. "Wait luther!" Xavier said. I didn't turn back I continued rushing after my sister but when I got to her she was already speaking to my parents. "No..." I whispered to myself. My father raised his head and gave me a look that could kill. I gasped and hid behind a tree. "Luther ramos Witherspoon." My father said in such a tone coming up to the tree I was behind. "F-father I-I can explain!" I said not making eye contact with him. "No son of mine will be a queer do you understand me?!" He yelled standing infront of me. "Y-yes sir!" I stuttered and shivered. He huffed and walked away. I slid down the tree and started crying. "L-luther..." xavier said softly putting his hand on my shoulder. "I-I'm so sorry!" I cried out loudly. "Oh luther..." he said and pulled me into a hug. My father pulled xavier away from me. "Get away from my son!" He said as he struck xavier. Xavier gasped and held his cheek. "I-I'm sorry, alpha luthian." He bowed his head before shifting and running off. I looked at my father with tears in my eyes. "Get up boy, it's your 21st birthday." He said glaring at me. "Yes sir.." I said softly getting up and drying my eyes. I went on the rest of the party pretending like everything was ok when really it wasn't. My wolf was fighting so hard to get out, he wanted to go after xavier so badly. He howled in agony, whining loud. I covered my ears and closed my eyes tightly hoping he would stop."luther.. luther!" My mother grabbed onto my shoulder.  I looked up at her tears in my eyes. "Make it stop..." I choked out through tears. "Oh, darling.." she said and hugged me kissing my head.

The next day my mother and father called me for a family meeting. I walked into the meeting room and looked at my family confused. I stood infront of my parents, sister and 3 older brothers as they told me how my life was about to drastically change. "Luther, we have arranged a marriage between you and princess luisa." My father spoke. "But father!" I started as he raised his hand to silence me. "What has been done, has been done." He said before taking my mother's hand and walking away. I looked at my siblings and just shook my head before running out to the gardens looking for Xavier. I went to our meeting spot but he wasn't there. I went to his garden but he wasn't there. I asked his father but his father didn't know where he had went because he had never come back home last night.  I cried and looked everywhere for him, I sent out a mind link but he didn't respond. Finally I came up to the hidden cave I had found a couple years ago. And there he laid. "Xavier!!" I rushed to his side he was bleeding. "Oh my god! Xavier!" I tried to wake him up. I ripped my shirt off and ripped it up wrapping the pieces around his wounds. I shifted and got him up on my back and rushed back to his fathers castle. I howled loudly at the gates as his family rushed out towards us. I shifted back into human form and held him as I cried. "What happened?!" His father said kneeling down to us. "I dont know! I found him in a cave all bloody. Please don't let him die alpha rocky! Please!" I cried out holding xavier tightly.  "Alright luther I got him. " his father said taking xavier into his arms. I cried as they brought him into their castle. 

After awhile I picked myself up off the cement ground and went home. I walked into my yard to find things set up for a wedding. My mother, father, sister and brothers all stood before me.  "W-what? Now?!" I yelled through tears. "Yes now. Get ready luther." My father said. I looked at my mother and she looked away sadly. I shook my head and ran off. The maids caught me and forcefully changed me and did my hair since it had dirt and sticks in it. I sighed looking at myself in the mirror. "Its time sir." One of the maids said. I nodded and sighed getting up and walking toward the yard. I stepped out and walked up the aisle. The music started playing, I faked a smile as the woman I was about to marry slowly walked down the aisle holding onto her fathers arm. Alpha alister did the ceremony. We said our vows and put the rings on each other. "You may now kiss the bride." Alpha alister said. I gently flipped her veil over her head. I saw her eyes and got lost in them as we leaned in to kiss each other. Our lips were so close to connecting.  "STOP!!! FOR GODS SAKE STOP!" his voice rang through my ears as i pulled away from luisa. He took there wrapped in bandages. "X-Xavier...." i stuttered. "I love that man right there you can't do this!" He yelled. My father arose from his seat and motioned the guards. Two big guards grabbed onto xavier and dragged him off the property. Everyone looked around shocked. "I-I uh..." I stuttered before running away. The marriage was already official theres no going back.
