Amos POV
Ryan, Gemma and I ran to the hospital. Tessa met us in the waiting area. “They’re still working on her, Alpha. We should have an update soon." Tessa said tearfully. I put my hand on her shoulder to reassure her.
“Ryan, what the hell happened!?” I asked.
“Garrett Luther and Julia Mills is what happened.” Ryan said and took a deep breath. “Alpha earlier today, I caught Garrett hassling Jade. She was trying to get away from him. I commanded him to stop, which he did. Absolutely nothing else happened. Their encounter was all of a minute if that!”
“Alpha, I saw them from the window of the daycare center. I didn’t hear what was said but Jade was trying to get away from Garrett to go to work.” Tessa confirmed.
“Go on.” I told Ryan.
“When I picked up Jade and Tessa to walk with the
