Summer of '98 was spent going to California to visit family. Angel was so happy as any 13 year old should be since she was going to see her cousins. Her BFF who was 6 months older was way more mature since she had more freedom than Angel who had a sheltered life living in the Northwest.
Universal Studios, Disneyland and Six Flags all the fun places to see. Walking down Hollywood Blvd. and looking at the stars and eating from the vendors they had.
One night Angel was going through her cousins stuff and found a cigar looking thing and lighter, she took it out and and hid it because she wanted to see what it was all about. She would see her dad smoking so she figured it was like that.
She was oh so wrong.....
