As the snowflakes started to drift with the wind. Careless. Free. I heard heavy and successive footsteps from afar indicating that they had followed me upon trying multiple times to mislead them. They are pretty sharp, huh? They are not even one of us but they still found me. I wonder what kind of liquid that old man is injecting into them. What a pity. They trade their life for temporary strength just to be like us. They didn't even bother knowing what would happen to them. What an airhead.
I shook my head at that thought. I don’t have time to think about their stupid decision in life. That's their life. I shouldn't meddle with those no-brainer humans. I jumped on the tree branch and picked up the two guns that were placed in my g*n pouch that was worn around my waist. I closed my eyes as I focused on tracing their location.
I jumped to the other branch of the tree as I felt something sharp coming towards me. The edge of my lip rose as I felt the familiar presence in front of me, a few kilometers away from me. I looked directly into her emerald eyes. Such a pity. I used to admire those eyes. I used to think it was the deepest algae, full of life and chlorophyll. But, at the moment, not even the slightest remorse can be traced. I felt my blood boil at the thought. How can they be so heartless?
