New Family?

I get up well rested for once and put on my necklace. It’s a locket with pictures of my best friend Alex and I. I get up and do my daily routine. My egg donor is passed out on the couch. I frown, she is supposed to be taking care of me not the other way around. I sigh as I walk out the door and head to the park and sit on the bench. I sit there watching little kids playing with their friends not giving a care in the world. I could sit here for hours and be happy but my phone rang. And I looked at the caller I.D. it’s unknown so I pick it up. 

“ Hello, is this Aria Queen? “

“ Yes, it is. Who are you? “ I said.

“ Oh, dear I’m so so-..” She begins to say

“ I’m going to guess you are going to say my Mother is dead. “ I said.

“ Yes, she died of an overdose. “ She says. “ We need you to come down to the station to I.D. her body. And to talk about who your guardian is. “

“ I’ll be there in ten. “ I said, as I hung up the phone. I got up and grabbed my bag. And walked around the connor and took another left, before I arrived. I walk into the station and am greeted by a lady in her late 50’s. “ Hello, are you Aria Queen. “ She asked.

“ Yes, I am. “ I said, with a sweet smile.

“ Follow me, dear. “ She said, walking away, I imidly followed her. We walked into the morgue.

“ Is this your mother, Lara Queen? “ She asked.

“ Yes, this is Lara Queen, my mother. “ I said, covering her body with the sheat. “ Who’s custody will I be in? “ I asked, looking away from my mother.

“ You elder brother, Allen. “ She said.

“ I’m an only child, Ms. “ I told the lady with a stern voice.

“ You do. In fact you will be going to Mamai. “ She said, with the same tone. I rolled my eyes, clearly over this. 

“ When do I leave? “ I ask.

“ In 20 minites. So we better get going. “ She said.

The car ride there was silent. We walked into the airport and I boarded the plane.

Hours later I am in Mamai. I get a phone call and I pick up.

“ Hello? “ I ask.

“ Is this Aria? “ The male voice asks.

“ I am an Aria, I don’t know if I’m the Aria you're talking about. “ I said, with a sweet voice.

“ Aria Queen. “

“ Yes, thats me. “

“ Meet me at McDonalds. “

“ Wait! Are you a kidnapper? “ I ask.

“ Why would a kidnapper have your number? “ He asked.

“ A smart one. “ I said, sweetly. It’s safe to say I hung up before he could answer. I walked to McDonalds. I stand there for a second. Looking for a guy, about 5’ Foot 4. Then I see him and walk up and say “ Are you looking for an Aria Queen? “ I ask.

“ Yes. How did you know? “ He says, shocked. I smirked for a second before putting on my blank face.

“ I am an Aria Queen. And I guessed you were 5’ Foot 4. “

“ Wow. I’m Ace, one of your 6 Brothers. “ Ace said, with a smirk. “ Follow me. “ I followed Ace to a car and got in. We drove for about 20 minutes before we pulled up to a mansion. Once the car stopped I got out. And followed Ace inside the house.

“ Ace! I thought I told you to stop bringing you sluts home. “ Yelled, a guy younger than Ace. Then he grabbed my arm and I elbowed him in the stomach before flipping him on the ground. 

“ Hi, I’m Aria Queen. And never touch me again. “ I said, before helping him up.

“ Sorry about that, I’m Austin. “ Austin said, after recovering from his shock.

“ Nice to meet you. “ Someone else said, coldly. I looked up and stared him straight in the eyes. 

“ Who are you? “ I asked.

“ Allen. Why did you stare me straight in the eyes? “ Allen asked.

“ Do you want me to fear you, Allen? If so I won’t. “ I said, with a smile.

“ Not even our brother can do that but in the 5 minutes you were here you managed to go that. '' Allen said, coldly before walking away. I sighed, before looking at Austin.

“ Are you okay? “ I asked, Austin.

“ Yeah. Thanks for asking. “ Austin said, with a small smile.

“ So you’re the long lost princess. “ Said, another guy entering the house.

“ You must be another brother. “ I said, coldly.

“ Ding, ding, congrats your right! “ He said.

“ What’s your name? “ I said, walkin up to him.

“ Will. “ Will said.

“ Well, I don’t think you like me. “ I said walking around him. “ You don’t want me here. You want me to go back to my lovey dovey life. “

“ You are right about that. “ Will said coldly, walking out of the room. Will, Allen, Ace, Austin. Neat names. I thought to myself.

“ Where’s my room? “ I asked, Ace.

“ Up the stairs, first on to the left. “ Ace answered. I walk up to my room and open up the door. I walked to my bed and sat down. My egg donor is dead, I am in Mamai, I have 6 Brothers, 4 of whom I’ve met. Where’s my sperm donor? Will I be happy here? Will I be able to sleep peacefully? Will they be the same as her? I sigh. Well at least she’s dead. But do they hate me for taking her away? Do they hate me? Well I will act like a normal teenage girl. I will go to high School. I will keep my past a secret. I don’t think I can trust them. I break out of thought by a nock on my door. I look up and see another boy I don’t know glaring at me.

“ I heard you took down Austin, and stared into the eyes of our older brother. But I don’t like nor trust you, Aria. “ He said.

“ Please dear sir, “ I said, getting up. “ Tell me your name? “ I ask.

“ Lucas. “ He said.

“ I like you already Lucas. “ I said, looking at him. “ Let me tell you why. You don’t care about lying to people. If anything you are brutally honest and blunt. But if it’s about the people you care about, you will gladly lay down your life. But if anything you judge to quickly like Ace did. You may think I’m stupid, brave, that I don’t belong here, I’m a slut, and I’m a gold digger with the perfect life. Tell me Lucas am I right? “ I said.

“ Yes. “ Lucas said. “ It’s dinner time. “ He said walking away. I follow Lucas down the stairs into the dinning room. I sit down in between Ace and Austin.

“ Let’s play a game. “ said a boy that I don’t know the name of.

“ Okay. “ I said. “ Twenty questions? “ I ask.

“ Yes. “ Everyone said.

“ What’s your name, game boy? “ I ask.

“ Mark. “ Mark said.

“ Fears? “ Ace asked.

“ None. “ I said.

“ Car crash. “ Ace said.

“ Losing the ones I love. “ Lucas said, as I smirked.

“ School. “ Austin asked, while I snickered.

“ How do you have no fears? “ Lucas asked me.

“ Yeah. “ They all said.

“ I already lost the people I would lay down my life for. And I don’t think anybody could fill that position, no matter how hard they tried. “ I said, sadly, getting up. “ I’m going to bed. “ I said, walking up the stairs before I heard.

“ Who is she talking about? “ Mark asked.

“ What happened to them? “ Austin asked.

“ Are they dead? “ Ace asked.

“ Who cares, she could be lying. She probably never works hard to do anything. “ Lucas said.

“ We can ask her tomorrow. “ Allen said. I walked up the rest of the stairs and went into my room and locked the door. I walked to the corner of my room, sat down and cried for 2 minutes. I wiped my tears and got up when I entered the Bathroom and splashed cold water on my face. I walked to my bed and fell asleep.

Mother entered by room like always but this time she had a man behind her.

“ She is a virgin. So have fun. “ She said, walking out of the room.

“ Well, well, well. A virgen. “ He said, as I backed up in a corner. He took off his pants.

Then I woke up panting from the nightmare. I got out of bed and explored the house. I found the library. And there was a pinio. I sat down and started to sing and played Queens Don't by Raelynn. Once I finished I saw Romeo and Juelite. I love the tale of two lovers who can’t be together. Take their lives to save the other one. I take it off the bookshelf and start reading it.
