Jack stood in front of Abby's door panting like he had ran a thousand miles just to get out of her room.
He held the door handle as he relaxed his back against the door so she wouldn't be able to come out from her room and probably beat him.
"And why do I feel like she just rejected the almighty Jack?" Kate satirized when she got to where Jack was standing and trying to catch his breath.
