There was no news of Nick for two days. She had attended an interview and was really happy. She was sure she'd get the job.
"Hello" she said, answering the call. "No, I am not listening to you!" and ended the call. How dare Nick call her after what he had said the other day. In fact, what he hadn't said. He didn't deny that he trusted Melissa more than he did her. That ate away at her.
Three days later, she was standing in front of the lift. She went up to the seventh floor and met the receptionist sitting behind the desk.
The receptionist looked up at Honey and asked "I am Cassy. How may I help you?"
"I had to meet the boss. Is he here now?" she enquired. "Are you his new personal assistant?" asked Cassy and Honey nodded.
"Good. Please go inside" and she opened the door for Honey
