I leaned on the counter after dropping the groceries I bought. I was starving for some homemade food. I wanted to make shrimp stirred fried rice, with some veggies.
It was still early in the evening, so it would be an early dinner in some sort of way. Natalie would be coming over later in the night to help with my makeup. I haven't asked Galen if it is would be fine to have my friend over but I hope he won't mind.
Yes I also have to inform him about my planned night time adventure.
Unpacking the items I bought I settled them on the counter, prepping the veggies first, in the meantime I put the rice in the cooker to steam a bit while I worked on the other ingredients.
There was some left over salmon and chicken breast, would mix them in too.
