Police investigated the death of Antonio D’Angelo, who was found dead in an abandoned mansion on Long Island. A 911 call was placed by Emery Lockwood, president of Lockwood Industries. D’Angelo allegedly kidn*pped journalist Sophie Ryder from a party and Lockwood pursued, hoping to rescue her. During the struggle, Lockwood allegedly shot D’Angelo in a clear case of self-defense. Police are not pursuing charges against Lockwood.
