Come on, make it make sense. All the families tacitly decided to select wolves who were not warriors. It’s not like I would have done anything about it if they sent out warriors. They even decided not to use their wolf abilities.
The only difference would have been that the warriors wouldn’t be able to face each other if they dared to fight Celeste. Who would want to be caught fighting a wolfless trash like her? Then again, Celeste may be wolfless, but no one could call her trash.
