I walked steadily toward my room, not sparing Beta Kylie a second glance. I didn’t ask why he was in the clinic, because he usually did this in the past. He would come to the infirmary and try to help out with the sick. Before now, I thought he was just too nice to the pack members, trying to relate better with them.
