Esme's POV
Today makes it exactly three months since I first came to this Pack and so far, I've made a bit of progress. Ethan and I are friends now, despite the fact that I had to go through hell and high water just to achieve that. He talks to me normally now, just like he would with Rachel but he still flips out when I try to pry into his past and he's still quite sensitive to touch and mostly prefers his personal space, unless when I use my injury as an advantage and want him close to comfort me
I can't use my injury as an excuse anymore since I've healed completely and can now walk on my own. It had been weeks since I walked so it was difficult at first but I got used to it and had to learn how to walk all over again.
I can walk just fine now, though I still have issues with running
