Luna was so nervous as she stood frozen with her hands clutching on her pepper spray like her life depended on it. She could barely hear her own thoughts as her heart beat louder and louder.
When she heard rustling of leaves, her eyes widened in shock and her hands lifted up to spray whoever it was that was about to come out of the bushes.
“Ah!” She squealed in surprise when whatever was behind the bushes jumped out and startled her completely.
Her finger instinctively pressed the pepper spray on her hand and slowly, she opened her eyes to check at what she sprayed at.
“Huh?” Confusion etched on her face as she saw nothing in front of her.
She looked around to find any signs of anyone there but was left disappointed when she came to the conclusion that she was just hallucinating.
