The two drove down freeways and winding roads that seemed so endless or at least they both hoped it was. Luna turning to the driver’s seat to look at Theo smiling and laughing as their conversation ranged from anything to everything. There seemed to be a limitless resource for stories and jokes that the two exchanged, whatever the topic may be, they talked about it and each time it made them feel closer with one another.
Never did she feel a second of sleepiness albeit her lack of rest the night before as adrenaline rushed endlessly through her veins, taking in the wind passing through her hair from the open windows and admiring the scenic view wherever the road led them.
