It has been three years since Adriane had temporary amnesia. I still remember when she came back to me, like it's just yesterday.
She told me that her heart never forgot me, just her brain. I find it sweet and unbelievable at the same time. Our heart really does work on its own inexplicable way.
We are finally living together in our own house, a few kilometers away from the city and of course Toffee's with us.
After Adriane recovered from the accident, she re-applied for her job at City hall and continued her studies. Her friends were really happy that she's back. However, due to her shoulder fracture, she was not able to join the basketball team again.
