Chapter 9

Andrea's POV

I just got off from work and went to the University to pick up Adriane. I arrived at the parking lot and saw her walking towards the car with a big smile on her face, indirectly saying that she had fun today.

"So, did you ask her out again?" I interrogated my sister as soon as she got in the car. "What? no, how..what..why.." she mumbled for words just realizing she should have asked Ella out on a date. "You're hopeless!" I said rolling my eyes at her. "Lyle's next session is a month away, you sure you're not asking her out before that?" I continued to shove in that thick head of hers that it will be a while before she see Ella again. "I know, but maybe she'll be busy?" Adriane answered. "I'll kick you out of this car if you continue with that! I can see you like her why not ask her out? Go meet other girls and enjoy! If you don't, I'll also kick you out of the house so you can meet other people!!" I threatened her. A bit too harsh yes, but It's been almost two years since she dated other girls after the break up and I want to see my baby sister happy again.

"Chill!! You don't have to be so cruel." she said pouting.

Larry's POV (Andrea's husband)

I heard the front door opened and saw Adriane and Andrea. "How's your day mommy?" I asked kissing my wife. "Not too bad, but Adriane had a lot of fun today." she replied grinning at her sister.

"How's the date?" I asked Adriane. "I wouldn't call it a date, she just showed me around the University." she replied. My wife told me how her sister looked at Ella the first time they met and I know for a fact that Ella is beautiful.

I was cooking our dinner and Adriane is just sitting at the dining table looking at her phone, then she suddenly spoke, "Larry? what do Canadians like to do around here?" I smiled, knowing what she has on her mind. I turned off the stove, walked towards her direction and sat in front "Let me give you some advise..." I said starting our little brother-big brother discussion.
