“Darryl, he’s getting out of hand,” Keith said, slamming both hands on the desk in Darryl’s office. His voice was sharp, filled with frustration. “Careful,” Darryl replied, glancing at the table with a grin. “We’ll still need this table.” He winked jokingly, but it only annoyed Noah, who sat quietly nearby and rolled his eyes at him.
