Hunching down on his front legs, Caesar moved his head towards his back, then looked at Chloe before repeating the action.
“You want me to climb onto your back?” she asked.
Instantly Caeser's tail wagged, so Chloe moved to the side and straddled the back of the giant alpha wolf. Chloe wrapped her arms around his neck to hold on. Caesar stood to his full height. The wolf was so large that Chloe's feet did not touch the ground.
“Am I holding you right?” Chloe asked.
Caesar's ears pricked up, his tail wagging, which Chloe took to mean she was okay, then he set off running though the trees. Chloe gasped and tensed up at the speed her wolfmate was running. The trees passed by her in a blur. She wondered how he did not bash into them. After a few moments, she began to relax, fully trusting
