Adam refused to leave her side, and on the second day, after Taulass had checked her healing skull, he explained to Adam Oriyanna would likely need further treatment when they returned to Arkkadia. He suspected a large number of her tiny, nanobotic life preservers had been killed off due to the head injury. 'Thankfully she has maintained a large enough number to keep her alive,' he'd said. 'It was a closer call than I first imagined.'
