Chapter 16“Sit down,” orders Talon to a stunned Katrivus as the leader of the Pugs enters his library sanctuary only to see a stranger aiming a short crossbow at his heart from less than three feet away. As Katrivus is assessing the situation, Talon continues, “If I wanted you dead you'd be dead already, Katrivus, so please have a seat. We need to talk.”
