Chapter 17Four days later, Ashcon, Skken, and Sapphyre enter the Emerald Center without incident through the lower west gates. It is rather close to midnight, so the three decide to find accommodations and tend to business first thing in the morning.
“I know many places we can spend the night,” says Ashcon. Glancing at Sapphyre, he continues. “Is there a place we can go where you can gain some information before retiring?”
“There's a tavern in Skid Way and the proprietor there may be able to help,” replies Sapphyre.
“Lead the way.”
