Chapter 33The speed of the Mermaid's Tale dazzles Sapphyre. It comes as no surprise to her when Katrivus lets everyone know they are making excellent time. The blonde, blue-haired beauty spends the majority of her time on the deck of the ship with Lymer discussing all facets of magic. It is acutely obvious to her companions that Sapphyre is getting more proficient with her magical abilities at an incredible rate. Lymer explains to Sapphyre how he manipulates the water and can sense the young girl drawing on the same power, although she is unable to harness it. As the two are discussing the scent of the air in relation to nautical properties, Ashcon steps to the front of the deck to converse with the two magic users.
“So what are the two of you working on this fine morning?” asks Ashcon.
