Lisa smiled and simply answered. “The one she went to the amusement park with?”
“Yes, that was me.” John answered. Now with a smile on his face. Lisa must really be a friend to know about her day off activities.
Diane gave Lisa a warning look like saying “don’t go thinking about teasing me again’!’ then led John to her designated area and since he didn’t have a locker he also did not have a doctor’s white gown or scrub suit.
“I will ask for some scrub suits or lab gowns for you”. Diane was about to leave him behind as she put on her white gown but he stopped her.
“Henry will give me those things. Just show me around and tell me what to do, boss.” He teased her.
“Just stick around. Watch and assist when you think you can.” She answered as calmly as she usually does to her interns.
