18 Nadine Even though my body and mind were exhausted, it was hard to fall asleep. And after my latest nightmare—which involved Keisha and Micah—I couldn’t go back to sleep. In my dream, Micah had turned against us and killed us all one by one, starting with Keisha. He saved me for last and took his time between saying sweet things in my ear, which in another situation would have made me kiss him, and torturing me.
