Six Nasim stared at the wall that separated his loft from the one where Bailey was staying, and tried not to scowl. Actually, hers had been a perfectly reasonable request. His place had just the one bedroom, and it was clear that the only way the two of them would end up sharing a bed was if he somehow managed to win two out of the three races they had planned. Even so, he couldn’t quite push his irritation away. He knew it had seeped out during his last exchange with Bailey, and he was sure she must have noticed.
