A Brief Note on UniversesThe exact number of universes in existence is unknown, though one suspects it would be infinite. Suffice it to say that there are more than can ever be counted. Most are incomprehensible to the human mind, possessing such qualities as to appear as a realm of madness. Those few that can support human life are remarkably similar in terms of their physical laws and fundamental constants.
There is nothing particularly special about the designation “Universe 001.” It is simply the name my people gave to their home dimension when they began exploring the Cosmos.
