The Wolf Pup That Lived II Alyra's Second Chance (Completed

The 1800's Part 3

After breakfast we walk in the flower garden and admire our time together before he leaves.   Asher comes in the afternoon to take me back to Kassandra's cottage for more training while Asher keeps complaining about my mistakes like usual.

I take a break by the waterfall from the arrogant young Asher, and started to think Scott was right about Asher as a leader.  Then my mind trails off to Caleb with miss blond thing and how my heart is broken over the betrayal.  I kept my promise all these years and he moved on not keeping his promise to me.

I need to get back into the abyss as soon as possible, and back to the guardian Kassandra to do what I was suppose to do from the start.

All of a sudden I hear a noise in the bushes...I man walks out with a dress suit on and he smelled like a vampire.  A rotten corpse to be exact with a smell disguising what he really is only a human can smell besides a werewolf.  A scent of roses and chocolates.  A vampires only way to lure a human to him or her, but on the other hand werewolf can tell the difference.

He walks up to me and I disguise my scent making the vampire think I am human.  He says "miss..are you alright?"  I look at him and say "yes I am sir...why do you ask?"  The vampire looks at me trying to figure me out not knowing I am a werewolf.  He stares at my baby blue eyes and says "you are beautiful" as bold as his words are for this time.  I thank him for the compliment and decide to leave, before I rip his head off his shoulders just being who he is.  Before I leave he grabs my hand and says "I am sorry for my forwardness.  I didn't mean to scare you but you intrigue me.  I know your not a human but yet your scent says different to me.  My name is Dante and what or who are you?"  I rip my hand from his and start walking towards Kassandra's cottage leaving the vampire in the distance.

Once I get back to the cottage Asher took me back to my mansion with Kassandra.  Asher tells me "Kassandra will be staying with you here.  You can stay out of trouble I believe if you have an escort meaning Kassandra.  She will be your new lady in waiting, and it will be easier for her to train you through the day".  I look at Asher growling low before leaving his presence.

After months of planning and battling it out with the humans, we finally came to a truce and drew up a contract of alliance between the humans and the werewolves.    After three months which it felt like in this time Luna returned.  Asher was surprise and so was I when I saw her.  We looked like twins, Luna wouldn't go near or touch Asher.  Scott arrives and notices me and Luna side by side not understanding what he was seeing.  I explain everything in front of Scott, his face turned beet red.  Luna walked over to Scott and tells him "I will stay with Asher to keep the circle of the 5 originals in tact for the future, but make no mistakes Asher the witch will leave this place or I will have her head on a plate".

I start walking away from that situation while Asher and Luna fight.  Scott follows me and says "your name is Alyra huh.."  I tell him "yes, and I need to get back to my own time.  I stayed to help you all".  Scott says "hopefully I get to meet you again Alyra", while staring at me with lust in his eyes.

I call out to Kassandra and leave the 1800's.  Kassandra grabs me in the abyss while hauling back into the church like house.  I look at Kassandra knowing I probably could have changed her future, but then it would have left me with no guide in here.

---------------------------------- Present Day/ The Rose Estate -----------------------------------------

Xavier finished his duties for a good 2 weeks, because it was time for him, Jaxson, and Koda to go to the mate convention.  The council helped Xavier dress for the occasion while Theron and Connor helped Jaxson, and Koda with their outfits.

Connor says "I miss your mother a lot, and I wish she was here for you all.  I am truly sorry for hurting your mother" before leaving the room.  Theron says "come on guys the jet is waiting for you all".  Connor stays behind with the girls and to run the pack while Theron takes the boys to the mating convention.

Sam, Dave, Alex, G-Man, and Nolan also went to the mating convention representing as Queen Alyra's Sire werewolves and guardians of the crown.  After everyone was in the jet and it was off the ground in the air.  Sam went to chat with Xavier, while Jaxson, Koda stayed near their father and the rest of the men.

After a 3 hour flight they landed and made there way to the mate convention which was held at Sparrow mansion.  Xavier was announced alone as the crown prince.  He was nervous and didn't have his mother to comfort him this time around, but he wanted make her proud.  Xavier had the most guards near him since he was the crown prince.  Next Jaxson, Koda was announced while they walked into the grand ballroom.  

Later the Sire werewolves and Nolan was announced in as guardians of the crown.  After everyone was announced they danced the night away with each lady in the convention.  Everyone was having no luck, until a long dark hair lady showed up on the dance floor and asked Xavier to have a dance.  Xavier wolf starting telling Xavier "mate, we finally found her after 6 hours".  Xavier had a big smile on his face from his wolf's comment.  They danced for hours and Xavier couldn't stop staring into her lovely hazel green eyes.  Xavier says to her "Are you having fun?"  She says "yes my prince and you?"  Xavier says "I am now...mate".  

She looks at him with a big smile and says "I feel it too, but I was worried you would refuse me".  Xavier says "I would never do that..I promise you.  What is your name?"  She says "my name is Izzy" while looking down.  Xavier puts his hand under her chin and lifts her head softly so he could see her face while saying "you can look at me.  Don't be shy my love".  Everyone looks at Izzy and Xavier on the dance floor.  Theron says "I guess one of my sons find their mate" to Sam while staring back at them.

After the song ends Xavier takes Izzy towards his father and starts introducing her to everyone.  A council member from the mate convention comes up to Xavier and Izzy and ask them if they are mates.  Once the paperwork was completed  Xavier and Izzy danced the night away while the rest of them were still searching for there mates.

Theron watched Xavier and Izzy all night thinking of the time he danced with Alyra.  Theron missed his mate even more.  At the end of the night Xavier tells Izzy he would send a jet for her to come and stay with him at The Rose Estate and setup everything with her Alpha.  He kisses her goodbye before she leaves the convention in a limousine going towards the airport.  

Theron walks up beside him and says "the only advise I can give you my son", but before he could finish Xavier cuts him off saying "don't ever act or be like you" before leaving his father side and getting into a limo, which was headed for the airport.  Xavier took a different jet back home.
