It was a Saturday and Akash didn't have any surgeries lined up. He had initially thought of spending some quality time with Aarohi but after yesterday's talk he thought of going on round to the hospital.
"Akash, why don't you take Aarohi to Brighton for a day? The weather is sunny and warm for a change." Nandini told Akash on the breakfast table
"No Ma, it's okay. I am sure Akash is busy in the hospital. I will just laze around today" Aarohi was quick to answer. Akash just stared at her. He still didn't understand why had jealousy taken over her.
"Okay as you wish" saying so Nandini joined her mother-in-law in the puja room.
Akash looked at Aarohi and said "What's bothering you, Aarohi?"
"Nothing" tears spilled from her eye and she walked into the kitchen.
