Chasing her back.
Liam POV.
Liam walked around the room aimlessly. Rodrick, his business partner, walked in. Seeing him so perplexed. He moved towards his direction and took a seat close to him.
“You seemed so distracted at the meeting we had earlier”. He enquired concern in his eyes.
“You can talk to me, if you want to”.He said.
“I will be fine, it is a personal issue”.He exclaimed a flicker of uncertainty in his voice.
Rodrick fixed his gaze at him more intensely. Liam refused to utter a word anymore. Before he broke the silence.
“You are a friend though a business partner, I have known you for years for me to be concerned about you”
“I will be stepping out. I have an important date to attend to”. He walked briskly to the front door.
