Chapter ThirteenI just wanted to get back to the apartment, I felt so bad lying about Allie. When we got back, Dawn suggested grabbing our towels and finding a sunbed round the pool. I agreed, I had a quick shower, slipped on my bikini and grabbed a bag to carry my book and towel.
We headed to the pool, I found myself a sunbed and I tried to settle down with my book. As much as I tried I couldn't get Allie out of my head, she had been so good to me and I had let her down. I didn't even know why, what was wrong with me?
Dawn soon jolted me out of my thoughts. “Are you coming in the pool? I need to cool down”
“No, no I won't thank you, I'm going to go for a walk.” I wrapped my sarong around my waist. “Dawn, would you mind taking my bag back to the room when you go please?”
Dawn jumped in
