Chapter 13

*Lilith’s POV*

As soon as we entered my room, I slammed the door shut behind us as loud as possible.

“Why can’t they just understand?” I growled in anger. “If they continue to act this way then nothing gets resolved!”

I sat on the edge of my bed, watching Elias as he leaned up against the wall across from me. His face unreadable as he stared at the ground.

“Elias?” I asked softly, breaking him from whatever trance he was in. His eyes met mine and he offered a small smile that didn’t quite meet his eyes like it usually did.

“It will take time for them to understand Love.-“

“But what if we don’t have time?” I interrupted “Whoever wants to destroy us could be here tomorrow for all we know.”

Elias sighed and sat on the bed next to me, taking my hand in his.

“It’s going to work out. I promise.”

I took my hand out of his and stood up.

“Don’t make promises you can’t keep Elias.”

His eyes darkened as he stood up causing me to look up at him as he was a foot taller than I was.

“I am trying my best to be as calm and collected as possible, but you are making it very hard for me to do that.”

“I don’t see how you can do that, I mean these people pretty much helped you screw up!”

“You don’t think I know that? You don’t think I realize that what I did was a mistake?”

His eyes glared down at me as he backed me up against the wall, hands on either side of my head.

“Well guess what princess, I do regret my choice. I regret it every second of every day since it happened. God, it hurts me to see how it affected you Lilith.”

His hand cupped my cheek as he softened his gaze.

“I’m trying my best here, but I can’t be the only one trying. I need my mate. I need you Lilith.”

His eyes drifted to my lips and back up quickly.

I felt my body shiver as I felt his body pressing up against me and I remembered how close we were to kissing earlier and at that moment I wanted him.

“You need me?” I asked innocently, wanting a reaction from him.

He tilted my chin up slightly to meet his gaze.

“Is that even a question Lilith?”

I felt a wetness pooling between my legs at his voice but held my head high trying to kept my posture.

“Answer the question.”

“Yes, Lilith. I need you. I need you now.”

His lips crashed against mine within a second and I felt his hands grabbing me, attempting to pull me closer.

I grasp the back of his neck and deepened the kiss, wanting more.

No. I didn’t want more.

I needed more.

I needed more of his touch. All of it.

He lifted me up with ease and pressed himself against me, keeping my body steady as he used one of his hands to travel lightly against my arm leading up to my neck.

A moan escaped my lips as he tilted my neck slightly before pressing his lips to the exposed skin, tracing love bites down my neck.

“Elias.” I whispered as I turned his face towards me and pressing my lips against his, wanting to taste more of him.

The more we touched and kissed, it seemed like whatever held our mating bond got stronger.

And the more closer we got, the more I wanted.

He grunted slightly as I pressed myself against his hardened member.

“I need you, Elias.” I moaned as his fingers found their way into my pants, slipping in and out of me.

Whimpers escaped my lips as he quickened the pace of his fingers.

His eyes watched me, watched each reaction of his touch.

I felt my body shaking and the tightness growing with each motion.

“Oh god! Faster.” I pleaded, needing the release.

He smirked at me and stopped.

“Stop?”

I stared at him in bewilderment.

“No, don’t stop! Please!”

Satisfied with my answer, he plunged his fingers back in me and quickened his pace.

I felt my whole body seize up before a sudden wetness released from my body, leaving my shaking over and over as his fingers teased my c**t.

Exhaustion spread over me as he removed his hand from my pants and laid me on the bed.

He laid beside me and kissed my forehead slightly.

“Don’t you want to be pleased too?” I panted, motioning to his hard member.

“I was pleased, you finished.” He smirked.

“That’s not what I meant.”

“I know what you meant love. Of course I want you to please me with that pretty mouth of yours, but not today.”

He gathered me into his arms and I relaxed against his chest, hearing the beat of his heart.

I felt my eyes fluttering close as we laid there in silence. Just the two of us.

I heard his voice rumble through his chest.

“I am yours Lili, forever and always.

“Always?”

He chuckled slightly and touch my hair.

“Always Lili.”
