This is suicidal, are you insane?!” As Miss Light was saying this, Mr. Douglas, who seemed like someone possessed, hurriedly knelt with his two legs, and on seeing these persons including his wife and Miss Gladys Kilgore his sister also knelt to plead with her except the doctor who was still standing. Mr. Douglas Darvis said to her that he and his family members are both physically and emotionally on their knees, and passionately pleaded with her to consider saving his only son, heir to everything he had built. The atmosphere surrounding the office at this time was rather gloomy without a word being uttered, tears began to well up in her eyes and with her left palm covering her face she said, “I can't do it” and walked out of the office. Mr. Douglas at this point was visibly sweaty and stilled in kneeling, when the Doctor coldly came closer to him, he gently tapped him on the shoulder as his family's members watched on, “I will still talk to her”, said the doctor. “please do, I am dying slowly too”. He held his hands firmly and raised him from his knees. She has been a lifelong friend to her. She is short with blonde hair and a fatty body although with beautiful eyes just like that of an eagle. Grace said, “You have to do what do you have to do to save your father's life”? She blurted out even before her friend was done talking and replied. “I can't do that, Mr. Bright doesn't deserve any part of my body to live after what he did to me. He's a devil from hell” “My dear you have to do it if you intend your father to live on, it is the little sacrifice you have to pay for your family's love” Grace said persuasively. She Looked at her with her voice thick with worry, and she coldly said, “Grace, I am really scared and now am in between the devil and the deep. blue sea, am in a dilemma.” She doesn't know what to do next. Inasmuch she wants to save her father's life, she can't imagine being the one to save Mr. Bright's life, considering all the despicable things he did to her in his father's company, at this time her eyes were already well-up with tears, and Grace could also be seen with her face looking more concerned about the plight of Miss Bright. On arriving at the place of his company, the driver quickly swung off from the seat and opened the car door for him. On sitting Mr. Bright's convoy through the office window, all the office employees could be seen readjusting to finish up their respective official tasks earlier assigned to them before the following day; his presence frightened his employees into obedience and exudes so much authority. Miss. Light, at the speed of light, the office secretary could be seen with a pile of files in her arms and went straight to Mr Bright's office. Miss Light, what are the appointments I have this week? She replied, Sir, you have a couple of meetings with the Managing Director of Oscar Delight Company and the President of the So-Fine in Francisco, “Ok. Go and get me my coffee, I earlier ordered you to prepare for me!” said Mr. Bright. She walked to the place where she kept the coffee, gently held it, and placed it on his table while Mr. Bright was sitting down on his office executive chair observing her service. As she placed it on the table, he signaled her to hold on and wait for him to have a taste of it. On sipping the coffee, he retorted and spat it out on her face in disapproval and yelled, “you are a good-for-nothing girl, you couldn't fix me a proper coffee, all you do in this office is lazy around” said Mr Bright, and subsequently poured the remnant still in the cup on her and further verbally abused her in the highest crudest form of human sadism and directed her to clean up the mess on the floor. with intense look right now on his face. tears had already visibly well up in her eyes, and she held her emotion, gently wiped off her face with her back palm, and walked off his office embarrassedly.
